Breadcrumb Flour Dessert​

The making of the dessert starts with making the syrup first. The consistency of the sherbet of the Cyprus dessert is very important. In order for the dessert not to become doughy and disperse in the mouth, the syrup must be boiled within the specified time and cooled completely. For this; Put water and sugar in a saucepan, mix and let it boil. The syrup, which starts to boil, is boiled for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and lemon juice is added, removed from the stove, and allowed to cool.

To make the dough for the dessert;

Break the eggs into the mixing bowl and add sugar and beat well. Add oil, walnut kernels, coconut, vanilla, baking powder and breadcrumbs and whisk well. The prepared cake mix is poured into a glass tray resistant to oven heat. It is cooked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, and it is taken out of the oven and left to wait for the first heat to go away. The cooled syrup is poured evenly over the cake.

For the cream;

Milk is poured into a saucepan and mixed with starch and sugar. The cream, which has the consistency of pudding, is taken from the stove and mixed by adding vanilla to it. After waiting for 2-3 minutes to cool down, whipped cream is added into it and whipped thoroughly with a whisk. The cream is poured on every surface of the dessert and smoothed out with a spatula. Finally, it is sprinkled with coconut and served after keeping it in the refrigerator to cool.

Cauliflower Croquettes​

PREPARATION 

Wash the cauliflower and boil it until soft. Mash the boiled cauliflower with a fork. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt and spices to the cooled cauliflower. Give the mixture the shape of meatballs with your hands. Dip the meatballs first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry both sides in hot oil. You can serve it with garlic yogurt.

PREPARATION

Cut the chicken breast julienne. Prepare flour, breadcrumbs and scrambled eggs on separate plates. Add the spices to the plate where you put the flour.
Dip the chickens first in the egg, then the flour, and finally the breadcrumbs and fry.

Breadcrumb Flour Pastry​

In a deep bowl, mix yogurt, oil, baking soda and salt with a whisk. Add flour little by little and knead the mixture until the dough does not stick to the hand. Divide the dough into small pieces, add the mortar and close it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown in the 180 degree oven you have previously heated.
